We’re thrilled to introduce you to our new Front of House Manager, AJ.
AJ (pictured) joins us with a wealth of knowledge in customer service and business administration and lots of experience working in the service sector. This isn’t AJ’s first time with us at Antenna either, in fact some of our long-time members might remember she used to be part of our reception team.
AJ’s passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, and her in-depth knowledge of Antenna will allow her to best support our community day-to-day. We’re thrilled to have AJ back in the fold and she’s very excited to be starting her new role.
Here’s what AJ had to say:
“I’ve always loved working at Antenna and supporting its customers. As Front of House Manager, my role is all about getting to know members and tenants and being visible should you have any queries or need support day-to-day. I’ll also be checking in with tenants to gauge satisfaction with facilities, and working closely with our amazing reception team to ensure that rooms, bookings, and post deliveries run smoothly. I love working in customer care and I can’t wait to get to know all of you.”
