What do you/your business do?
Hi, I’m George and I co-founded Visibility Agency in March 2021. Visibility is a remote digital marketing agency that meets a growing market demand for flexible, expert support to business owners, marketing managers and their teams.
We help businesses meet the current challenges they face by providing guidance and support in taking their products and services online to increase their brand awareness and visibility online. We create campaigns which increase leads & sales to make a real impact.
Visibility provides services, including: SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing Funnels, Content, Branding, Website Development and even International Digital Marketing.

When did you join Antenna, and why?
We joined Antenna back in December 2019 when we officially became a Limited company. Back then of course, times were very different and we were able to meet clients for a coffee and a sandwich in the open-plan café. We’re very much looking forward to being able to do that again soon, especially with the new fit-out complete.
We joined for a number of reasons. Firstly, Antenna is situated in a very central location, this makes it great for our Nottingham based clients to meet us during our quarterly meetings, which we see as a really important part of our business. Despite being a “remote” agency, face-to-face contact is always very important for building those long term relationships, and although the likes of Zoom and other platforms help that – we find Antenna provides us a superb solution to enable us to continue to operate in this way.
What are you missing about Antenna during lockdown?
Lovely coffee! I used to love having a nice cappuccino. Chatting to the people who work there and being able to work in a space with a buzz of activity. Like most, we’re all working from home now, and it’s been lonely at times but I have a positive mindset (you have to have in business) and things will get better – and we’ll all be back in Antenna soon enough!
Have you/your business worked on any particularly exciting projects over the past year?
The past year has been about mindset, careful spending and safeguarding the resources we have to continue. The very nature of our business means not only have we been doing this for Visibility Agency but for all of our clients too.
Has it been exciting? I wouldn’t use that word – but it has taught everybody a lot of lessons and here are a few I’ve learned during 2020:
- Invest in marketing for the future, long term always trumps the short-term.
- Utilise the resources you currently have, upskill your existing team.
- Provide value and build long term relationships
